Today, during my 8th day of a 21 day meditation challenge with Oprah and Deepak, I had an epiphany about myself. I have always been a lover of nature, preferring to help my parents outdoors rather than indoors. If I want some peaceful moments in my life, I go to nature. Trees, flowers, clouds in the sky and water all have a peaceful effect on my mind, body, heart and soul. Today I am grateful for nature and the powers of the universe that bring me exactly what I need each day. In my journal, after today’s meditation, the challenge was to recall such moments of unbounded awareness in my life. It was very easy for me to recall many such moments from childhood to now. The epiphany was that “nature” brings me to a state of unbounded awareness! Thank you nature.
