I believe in life long learning. I also believe that for anyone to be successful at anything, they must be willing to receive training for whatever they want to be successful at. I make it my business to learn something daily, be it by reading, watching videos, meeting with others in my field or through experiences such as teaching and coaching. J.C. Maxwell says that you must ask three questions of those who want training. What is their gifted ness? What is their opportunity? What is their responsibility? Personally, I love to learn by myself, but I enjoy learning with others even more. Once you have a group of like-minded learners discussing, challenging and supporting each other, you have an even deeper learning experience.
