I like to start each day with rituals that focus on positive energy. I’m still working on some of them but feel the energy of intentional purpose when I remember these 5 habits:
1. Express gratitude.
2. Set your intention for the day.
3. Take 5 long deep breaths in and out.
4. Smile for no reason.
5. Forgive yourself for yesterday’s mistakes.
I’m pretty good at the first 4, but still working on number 5. I need to work on self-compassion.
