Getting Results

I love making ‘To Do’ lists. Mainly because I love ticking them off when the job/goal has been completed but also because of the feeling of the results after each completion. Some of my lists are for daily goals and some for weekly or monthly and some for yearly. I find that lists are my guide to being the person I want to be for myself but also to be a role model to those I encounter. I believe we need to be intentional daily! An example of my list of goals for today is to connect with the people I meet, exercise, read, write, laugh and be of support to anyone I meet. I believe if we intentionally are in our strength zone, we will not only fulfill ourselves but those we encounter. We will get results.
