Brain Benefits of Exercise

I believe exercise is extremely important to me. Today I saw Terry Small’s list of benefits for the brain when we exercise:

1. Increases production of neurochemicals that promote brain cell repair.
2. Improves memory.
3. Lengthens attention span.
4. Boosts decision making skills.
5. Prompts growth of new nerve cells and blood vessels.
6. Improves multi-tasking and planning.

So, besides the benefits of exercise for the brain, it also has many other benefits to our body and soul.
