Be Mindful Daily

Notice your breathing – fast, slow, deep, shallow, small or big breaths. It really doesn’t matter how you’re breathing. Just be aware and be present. Accept yourself as you are without judgment. Relax and be comfortable with each breath you take. Choose to focus daily. Accept your power within you. Release any disempowering habits that do not do you any good. Take time for your whole self – mind, body, heart and soul. Smile and be grateful for each breath and each day of happiness given to you. Be happy!
