I personally love to network. In my years of my education career, networking has been my favourite part of learning, contributing, and growing.
This morning I am inspired by Jon Gordon who posted the following about being a network contributor:
Don’t be a networker looking to get. Instead look to give.
1. Give without keeping score.
2. Add value to people’s lives.
3. Lead with love, not an agenda.
4. Finder ways to serve.
5. Show you care.
6. Encourage others.
7. Be a connector.
My thoughts are the same. As a team contributor, let’s support each other and empower others to learn, grow and thrive.
