6 Things to Tell Yourself

Once again, Jon Gordon inspired me with his advice for today and every day! Gordon says to say the following to yourself and someone else:

1. You are loved!
2. You matter.
3. It’s okay to fail. Everyone does. Failure doesn’t define you, it can refine you.
4. Fear is normal. Go for it anyway.
5. Smile, you’ve got this.
6. I believe in you.

There are certainly days I could have used these words for myself. I struggle with #3. Even though I know failure is okay in my mind, I struggle with failure in my heart or maybe my Ego!
