6 Reasons You’re Tired

I love Ryan Bailey’s post on LinkedIn today about why we are tired. It’s a great reminder that we need to take care of ourselves first before we can take care of them.

1. You’re not drinking enough water,
2. You’re not eating enough.
3. You’re exercising too much.
4. You’re not having enough FUN!
5. You’re not sleeping enough.
6. You’re not active enough.

For me, during this pandemic, I know I’m not having enough fun! I realize that I need human contact. Yesterday I got a day with some students and educators and I feel renewed. I still need to have more fun! I need to meet with others who are great at finding the mundane and having a wonderful belly laugh! How about you?
