The Courage to Dream

Walt Disney once observed, “All our dreams can come true if we only have the courage to pursue them.”

But sometimes our children are afraid to dream big dreams because they fear failure. Wise teachers know that there are far worse things in this world than failure (like failing to try, for example), so they encourage their students to aim high, to work hard, to follow through, and to expect success. Then, armed with confidence and competence, students can do great things because they have the courage to dream … and the faith to believe that’s their dreams can come true.
