Every day I receive a message from Teacher’s Goals and this list of self-care tips just must be shared. It truly is a reminder of the beauty and value of each day and that each of us is the driver of our journey.

2. Cook something yummy.
3. Sing a song.
4. Talk to a friend.
5. Find joy in the small things.
6. Dance!
7. Go for a run, walk.
8. Take a drive.
9. Write in your dream journal.
10. Read a book.
11. Meditate.
