Practice Mindfulness

We are living in a most uncertain time in our society. We do not know when we can socialize with our friends and families again. We are socially distancing and yet we are social beings. It is a time for us to reflect and cherish our health.
As I reflect, I am reminded of the importance of being mindful of each moment that I have. I am most grateful for my health, my home, my friends and family whom I keep in close contact with. I also meditate daily and do a gratefulness mantra several times a day.
Each moment of our lives is an opportunity to also make a difference in someone else’s life. So, today, I hope that I can help someone else feel some joy and also be grateful for their health and pass it on to someone else.
