Habits for Daily Success

I follow several amazing leaders on LinkedIn. Yesterday I listened to Jim Kwik who had the following advice on 10 Habits of Daily Success:
1. When you wake up each morning, remember your dreams. They are generally profound ideas for a successful day.
2. Make your bed – being tidy physically and in your home leads to a successful, organized day and is nice to come to at night.
3. Drink a lot of water!
4. Brush your teeth with your opposite hand; your body moves your brain.
5. Do some moments of deep breathing because in order to think clearly, your brain needs to be replenished with oxygen.
6. Make brain tea and journal while you drink. Write a gratitude list, a vision board, or anything that inspires you each morning. Geniuses write in journals. Be a life-long learner.
7. Spend 3 – 4 minutes of high intensity exercises.
8. Make a Brain Power Smoothy. Use fresh fruit and anything that is natural in your smoothy such as blueberries, avocados, bananas, nuts, spinach, etc.
9. Read at least 20-30 minutes daily.
10. Be brain friendly and you’ll win during the rest of the day. Personally, I challenge my brain with a few cryptograms each morning.
