Gratitude Heals

Sharon Domine posted a jar of “Gratitude” on LinkedIn which summarizes my thoughts entirely. It reads, “Take a dose every morning; may cause shifts in perspective; may cause feelings of abundance; decreased feelings of fear and anxiety.”

Personally, I have experienced beautiful days of positive attitude whenever I repeat my gratitude mantra daily, twice a day. It’s amazing how such a small act of being intentional about being grateful changes my perspective whenever life brings lemons.

When you are grateful, you see the beauty in someone’s negative attitude. You see beyond the behaviour and notice the pain. When you can empathize with others because you’ve decided to see the good in the person rather than the behaviour.

So, create a jar of gratitude for yourself daily and you will have more positive days!
