Gifford Thomas wrote an article on how so many people fear change. Change makes people feel very uncomfortable and fearful. Change makes people feel insecure, confused and angry. People want things to be the same as they have always been, because that makes life easier. But, if you’re a leader, you can’t let your people hang on to the past. You must challenge them to grow, think, and learn. They will thank you for the change even though it will be challenging.
