Each day I find inspiration in nature on my morning walks, in my garden and in the people I meet. Today I found inspiration, not only on my morning walk but also my garden and from the people I met.
Our insurance agent was most inspiring when we went there for a meeting to update our insurance. Not only is she very thorough, but she also loves gardening so we got into a wonderful conversation about gardening and how plants and birds are most therapeutic.
Then when I went to see my daughter, she inspired me with her work with helping our schools and universities become more equal for all races. She is one of the most senior black actors and director in our city. She has been asked to chair an organization that is aiming to improve equality for all races. She said she finds this request for leadership somewhat daunting but she’s up for the challenge.
