Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw (Part 1)

Caring for our body is a most vital habit for us to remain not only alive but to be able to live a quality, happy, healthy life. There are many ways to take care of our body daily. We can choose nutritious, healthy foods, exercise, get regular and plenty of sleep, be mindful by meditation, yoga, or walks in nature, play sports, etc. Today many people forget to exercise and pay attention to their bodies due to a very fast pace of life, social media and smart phones. Don’t get me wrong, I love the many possibilities that cell phones have give us. I communicate on social media as well and belong to several networks that teach me a lot. However, if we don’t take care of our bodies we will not live very long. So I have the following challenge for you:


– Make yourself a T-chart with two columns. In one column make a list of all the things you do to keep yourself physically healthy. In the second column make a list of all the things you’d like to do. Share this chart with a friend, or someone who could be a good coach or partner in doing these activities. Have fun!
